Join us Friday, December 21st and Saturday December 22nd for a  “farmhouse dinner.”  6
courses with wine pairings, featuring local meats & produce in a
family -style atmosphere.  one seating at 6:30 pm, reservations required.

Dinner Party Menus

Menus for any event are custom made for you and served in your home. The following menus are examples of dinners we have done recently – they are only suggestions! Please contact us to have a menu prepared for your event.

 

  • Cedar-plank wild salmon with a ginger-maple glaze
  • Bibb lettuce salad with roasted beets, oranges and mint in a whole grain mustard vinaigrette
  • Crispy potatoes with onions and fresh thyme
  • Sauteed snap peas with scallions and radishes
  • Vanilla and chocolate ice cream with blackberry-cinnamon sauce

 

 


 

  • Ruby trout filets with a parsley pine nut crust
  • Crisp potato cakes
